Order processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days from receipt of payment.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or highly detailed 3D prints may require additional processing time; estimated production times are shown on the product page or at checkout.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping methods & carriers

  • We use a range of reliable carriers and services (standard, tracked, and courier options) depending on destination, parcel size and selected shipping speed.

  • Shipping options and carrier details are presented at checkout. If you require a specific carrier, contact us before placing your order and we will attempt to accommodate the request where possible.

Shipping destinations & zones

  • We ship within the UK and internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination.

  • Some remote locations, military addresses (APO/FPO), and certain countries may incur additional charges or have restricted services. If shipping to such an address, please contact us.
