5. Prohibited Items We will not print:

  • Items intended for harm or illegal activity

  • Items that violate copyright, trademarks, or patents

  • Items that breach safety regulations

We may request clarification or reject an order at our discretion.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed on the website or provided via quotation.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

7. Production Times & Delivery

  • Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to material availability, technical issues, or courier services.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the item has been dispatched.

  • If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

9. Refunds & Returns

  • Custom 3D-printed items are made to order and are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • We may request photos or the return of the item for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.
